Mr. G’s Eggplant is handmade daily with all natural ingredients, including fresh eggplant, breadcrumbs, eggs, Romano cheese, and spices. Our eggplant is baked and not fried, making it a healthier option. It’s available in round or oblong slices, skinless or with skin-on. After the baking process, the eggplant is cooled before being packaged and individually quick frozen (IQF) with approximately 80-100 pieces per case and with 100 cases per pallet for easy distribution. Our eggplant is perfect for dishes like eggplant parmigiana, sandwiches, pizzas, and salads, as it heats up in just 5 minutes at 400°F.

Mr. G’s Cannoli Cream is made with fresh Ricotta Impastata, whipped to a thick, creamy texture, and packaged in 1.5 lb. pastry bags (4 per case). Each bag fills 36 mini or 12 large cannoli shells. Shipped frozen, it thaws easily in the refrigerator and contains a blend of ricotta, sugar, orange peel, vanilla, and chocolate chips. With 195 cases per pallet, it’s a versatile dessert staple.

Mr. G’s Pizza Dough is made with unbleached flour and all-natural ingredients, including salt, yeast, and soybean oil. It’s available in sizes from 5 oz. to 40 oz., along with the options of white, honey wheat and semolina. Our frozen dough balls are easy to prepare. Simply thaw for 24 hours in a cooler, then allow them to rest at room temperature for 45-60 minutes. Mr. G’s dough is perfect for pizza, strombolis, calzones, garlic knots, and zeppoles. Each pallet holds 48 cases.
